About us

After a degree in Art with a specialization in Architecture, Eleonora Mantini began her career as a designer in Rome, working alongside the goldsmith Professor Mario Turrini, whose workshop focuses on jewelry making, research into design methods and sculpture in gold.

In her final year of studies she worked with the Cimento company on a collection inspired by the architect Andrea Palladio.

In 1996 she graduated from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Rome.

In the same period she created a line of accessories for Lancetti’s Autumn/Winter collection. In 2000, at the Vicenza Oro fair, she won second place in the “New Talent” competition promoted by the architect Massimo Zucchi, and was named among the finalists of De Beers’ Diamond Design Awards, “Diamanti Domani”.

She then left Turrini’s workshop and began working with Gianni Carità, one of Italy’s leading jewelry manufacturers, for whom she also designed. At the same time she worked with “Parsifal”, designing and overseeing the modeling and casting of prototypes.

Before founding her own line, she collaborated with designers, fashion houses and workshops across Europe, including Arata Gioielli in Valenza, L’Esagono in Rome and Camillo Bona, for whose Spring/Summer collection she produced couture jewelry. She designed the pearl collection for Majorca S.A. in Barcelona and worked with Emmetre Gioielleria di Mario Meola (Tari) and Antonimi in Milan on their “jewels in motion” line.

In 2000 she founded Eleonora Mantini Gioielli, devoted to designing and making jewelry in gold and precious stones. Her collections are recognizable by their style, design and construction, and by the experience of many years spent beside master goldsmiths and jewelry designers. Her techniques keep evolving, in search of new forms and precious materials.

In 2019 she completed her training with the HRD Antwerp Certified Diamond Grader diploma.

Events and well-known clients

She has organized many evenings around jewelry and gemstones: a Christmas party themed chocolate and strawberries at the Hotel de Russie in 2010, to launch her collection; the charity evening “Just Mantini” in 2016, with the designer Renato Balestra and Nicoletta Romanoff as patron, where a certified one-carat diamond was the prize for the luckiest glass; “Customized Dream” at the Mandarin Oriental in Milan in 2018, and “Circus” in the same place in 2019.

In 2022 she returned to Rome, to Via Margutta, with an evening where painting met jewelry, together with Fabrizio Bosi and his works. She is now preparing a talk on diamonds: a real lesson for her clients, with stones and jewelry on show.

Her jewelry has been worn by well-known figures at the Sanremo Festival, on the red carpet in Venice, at the Cannes Film Festival and at the Rome Film Festival. On her Instagram profile you can see Antonia Liskova, Annabelle Belmondo, Vittoria Schisano, Patricia Gloria Contreras, Noemi Bocchi, Francesco Totti and many others wearing her designs.

In prime time on Rai 1, Laura Chiatti wore her jewelry on the program “Ci vuole un fiore”.

“To grow, never ceasing to seek beauty, all the way to the capitals of the world.”
